Rocket Science

We just saw our first film in the dramatic competition, Rocket Science. No recognizable names but you may remember the female lead, Anna Kendrick, as the scene-stealing young star of Camp. Rocket Science was a coming of age story about a stuttering teenage boy and his debate team aspirations.

There are so many quirky characters and funny moments. I would compare this to Thumbsucker meets Election. And almost as good! The movie strayed from any traditional formula. I would give this four out of five stars.
